We work to prepare and deliver your order carefully and reliably.

Free shipping over $75

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Oversized items, expedited delivery, rentals, repairs, and destinations requiring special handling may be excluded. Any available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping normally takes 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, product preparation, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order preparation

Some kosher phones require filtering, setup, activation, or other preparation before shipment. If extra preparation time is needed, we will contact you.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing the order. Protek is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Missing or damaged packages

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us promptly at 845-999-TALK (8255). Keep the packaging and photographs of any damage so we can help review the issue with the carrier.
